Competitive video gaming, known as Esports is a rapidly growing industry with amateur, collegiate, and professional levels of competition. St. Clair College is proud to be the first post-secondary institution in Canada to fully recognize and embrace Esports with an academic program, varsity teams and on campus events.

Similar to traditional athletics, all of our players earn scholarships to compete in video gaming leagues against colleges and universities all around North America. We have state of the art training facilities on campus and a dedicated staff of coaches that help our players perform at the highest possible level. Throughout the year, our teams travel to live events throughout Ontario, Michigan and Quebec to compete against the best.

Competitors are strongly encouraged to bring their own peripherals, this can include: controller, cables, mouse, keyboard, etc.

For Rocket League competitors, you will need ot have your Epic or Steam Account information ready for the day of competition.

Limited peripherals and spare accounts will be offered at the venue.
