St. Clair College Esports Partners with Team Canada for Overwatch World Cup
St. Clair College Esports program is thrilled to announce our partnership with Team Canada for the Overwatch World Cup (OWWC).
St. Clair College Esports will provide Team Canada’s OWWC team and Competition Committee with support including operational resources, marketing, broadcasting and facilities.

Ly-Matz and Mychakov return from Team Canada’s 2023 OWWC competition committee where they placed Top 8.
“Working with St Clair College will give us access to the best Canadian resources in esports,” said Mychakov. “Whether its players, facilities or social media work, we are excited to partner with them to represent Canada for the Overwatch World Cup.”

Qualifiers for the OWWC begin this summer and feature teams from 30 countries. Eight teams will advance to playoffs which will be held at Blizzcon in Anaheim, California from Sept. 12-13.
